Connecting people with their dreams for the relief from poverty of body, mind and spirit.

To connect someone with their dream means to see it become a reality. To do this we have two key programs, CAP which focus’s on financial poverty and COACH which is about the wide ranging poverty a family can face through things such as parenting skills, employment prospects, engagement with school etc.

We also touch our community through things such as food parcels, free lunches, BBQ’s and practical help with things such as gardening, window washing etc.
