Peter is courageous, tenacious, open and honest and profoundly in love with the Lord. He lives and preaches an authentic kingdom lifestyle that demolishes religion and replaces it with the joy of bringing heaven to earth.

Lyn is the melodious counterpoint in the Senior Minster team. Her pursuit of the Lord is resolute and determined, wrapped in a package that is considered, insightful and gentle. She is a champion of prayer and a pursuer of the heart of God.

Operations, Missions and Care are among the many portfolios overseen by Maurice. Mo's soft heart and compassion come to the fore to reach out a hand up for those in need.

Paula is the person you will make contact with if trying to connect with our senior minister Peter McHugh. She ensures competing and prolific demands are handled skilfully and efficiently while remaining approachable and good humoured!

Formerly involved with the children's area, Craig has a real passion for outreach and winning favour in our community by demonstrating the goodness of God in practical ways that meet people where they are at.

Passionate about new people finding their way into a large church and even more passionate about helping people step into their destiny. She's the person to contact if you are new or wanting to know more about the church or wanting help getting connected.

A well loved and fun loving couple, Vicky and Jo have an extraordinary gift of leading. They believe in chasing after the heart of God and seeing all generations released into the God given destiny. Vicki and are excited about the young adults at stairway church and seeing them release heaven on earth empowered by His Spirit.

Conrad heads up our youth and young adults areas. He is warm, welcoming and loads of fun. He's the one to make contact with if you want to find out what's happening and how you can get involved in these areas of our church.

Head of studies of our College.

Roselyn oversees our younger generations. She has a great passion to see the next generations of our church find their place in God and in the church and be all that they are called to be. terrific with kids and parents alike you'll find Roselyn easy to chat with, knowledgeable and really helpful and seeing your kids grow in the Kingdom.

A uniquely talented and gifted woman of God. Ursula heads up our worship and creative arts areas. She's the person to make contact with if you'd like to get involved in these areas.

Duffy heads up our communications team. He is passionate about sharing vision and purpose of Stairway through all streams of media. This includes web, social media, audio-visual and print media.

If you would like to be involved in this growing and exciting area of Stairway, please feel free to speak with Duffy on Sunday’s or in the office during the week.

Derek is a talented creative graphic designer who is an integral part of the media team. He strives to create innovative ideas to inspire others.

Alex is a media developer.

Julie has a warm personality and friendly manner will quickly make you feel welcome and relaxed. When Julie is not in the office she is leading our Prophetic Ministry.

Jessica is amazing and dedicated, freshly resourceful with out of the box ideas. She is apart of our Admin/Reception team that you will meet most days in the office.

Rebecca supports our staff with her keen eye for detail in all things admin.

Chris heads up this practical and diverse team responsible for ensuring everything from facilites to finances is in order and working smoothly!

He's considered, thoughtful and thinks outside the square!

Pat handles the finances and balances the books in our church. She has a gift of faith and is brilliant with anything that involves numbers!

Multi faceted, Nartarsha looks after all the admin during the week, aswell as organising conferences. She also travels ministering to other churches and taking teams out onto the streets of Melbourne to demonstate God's goodness & miracle working power for today.

Alan has travelled half way around the world to come and join us. His role sees him looking after our COACH program making a difference for families in need and helping them find a brighter future one day at a time!

Karen is quietly spoken and gentle but a fountain of wisdom and support.
